Terms And Conditions By using our website, you agree to be bound by Celtic Beds Terms & Conditions, as stated below.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the Celtic Beds site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before) a contract will be made between you and us. Celtic Beds are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description or price applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice..

Celtic Beds disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Celtic Beds does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Processing of orders

The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Celtic beds arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Credit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Celtic Beds.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Celtic Beds nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. Celtic Beds will only enter your premises by invitation. We will items upstairs and any assembly of items is done by invitation only.  Celtic Beds, its directors, employees or other representatives are not liable for any damage to your property. The entry route must be cleared of any breakables as Celtic Beds cannot be held responsible. There needs to be adequate room and the floor must be clean from debris as this can damage products. Protection for carpets and flooring and any other interiors must be provided, Celtic Beds are not liable for any damage caused if adequate protection is not provided.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in Terms

Celtic Beds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Celtic Beds web site.

Cancellations and Returns

The Buyer will be responsible for returning the products to the Seller at the buyers own cost. The Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit and return then in the packaging and condition they were delivered to the Buyer. If the returned goods are not received by the Seller in the condition in which they were originally delivered; the Seller reserves the right to offer only a partial refund or advise the Buyer to claim via the courier. Also applies if the buyer has received the goods and they are damaged but the buyer will not allow the seller to exchange the damaged parts totally free of charge. The buyer has received the goods and would like to return them due to changing or mind. Handmade products and bespoke products are excluded from returns or cancellation policy as per the distance selling regulations.

All product descriptions, text and articles remain the property and are protected by copyright laws to Celtic Beds.
