We just opened the box and put up the bed today -- and it far exceeded our expectations in all respects. Not only is it beautiful, it is beautifully constructed and a breeze to assemble. The beds we looked at in the local chain stores did not even come close to matching the workmanship and finish of your bed -- and more often than not, they were more expensive, too. Thank you and Celtic Beds for great service and a superb product.If there is a formula for making customers happy you have it, we are very pleased with our Sneem queen bed and we think its great value, looks great and are very grateful for your excellent customer service. In essence we would thoroughly recommend Celtic Beds as an excellent resource.What I did not tell you is that I am in the furnishing business, I sell contract furniture for offices and therefore I do have some idea of what represents value.The Sneem bed we purchased would have cost three times the price, close to $2000.00 if a similar quality bed was being sold retail - Wesley Allen
